In addition to certain labor conditions at an industrial enterprise, each employee has his/her own personal motives and incentives that motivate him/her to perform the tasks assigned to him on a daily basis. In this regard, the purpose of this research is to develop methodological frameworks for evaluating the effectiveness of the employees’ incentives system to increase the intellectualization of the enterprise and identify priority areas for improving their coordination to ensure the sustainable economic development. 摘要

摘要现代社会发展最大限度地利用创新的一个重要前提是对人员的特别关注,这为员工个人和整个公司的经济增长和竞争力创造了条件,并保证了其经济安全。除了工业企业的某些劳动条件外,每个员工都有自己的个人动机和激励措施,激励他/她每天执行分配给他的任务。在这方面,本研究的目的是制定方法框架,评估员工激励系统的有效性,以提高企业的智能化程度,并确定改善其协调的优先领域,以确保经济的可持续发展。本文制定了评估员工激励制度对提高企业智能化的有效性的标准,包括平衡、资源强度、社会活动等指标。在规定指标的基础上,对员工激励系统的效率进行了评估,以提高企业的智能化程度,并制定了激励员工促进企业进一步发展的措施。
