Astilleros y Fábricas Navales del Estado. Demanda estatal, diversificación y orientación de la producción a la industria no militar en un proyecto empresarial de la Armada (1953 y 1976)

This writing seeks to contribute to the knowledge of the management of public companies carried out by the Argentine Navy based on the identification of business policies developed in the Shipyards and Naval Factories of the State, which sought to ensure its economic viability. Analyzes a series of productive strategies and technical, economic and administrative management in the Rio Santiago Shipyard (1953-1976) from business documentation, accounting books and the registry of joint negotiations. The singular orientation of these strategies is constructed in the light of a questions such as the relationship with the Navy; the diversification and orientation of production; the insertion in the state structure and the qualification of the work force.
