The diagnosis was divided into the 12 groups based on the diagnostic classification used by many domestic researchers [12-13]. If children received more than one diagnosis, a primary diagnosis was assigned in the following order: respiratory disease (croup, pneumonia, bronchitis, bronchiolitis, acute otitis media and acute laryngitis), gastrointestinal diseases (gastritis, colitis, hepatitis and pancreatitis) and infectious disease (enterovirus infection, influenza and fever).
