Methods: This study used a cross-sectional design. Data collection was conducted from February 5 to February 12, 2019, from 254 students enrolled in the Department of Nursing in Jeollabuk-do and Chungcheongbuk-do. Data analysis was conducted using the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. Results: As a result of verifying the mediating effects of social support and interpersonal competence on the relationship between the empathy ability and caring efficacy of nursing college students, it was found that social support and interpersonal competence partially mediated the relationship between the two variables (Z=1.68, p=.046). Conclusion: Through this study, a theoretical basis was provided that when applied to an educational program could improve nursing students' caring efficacy. 摘要

目的:本研究旨在探讨护生的人际能力、社会支持及其在关怀效能与共情关系中的中介作用。方法:本研究采用横断面设计。2019年2月5日至2月12日,对全北道和忠北道护理系的254名学生进行了数据收集。数据分析采用SPSS/WIN 21.0软件。结果:通过验证社会支持和人际交往能力对护理大学生共情能力与关怀效能关系的中介作用,发现社会支持和人际交往能力在二者之间起部分中介作用(Z=1.68, p= 0.046)。结论:本研究为护生护理效能的提高提供了理论依据。应该包括既能提高同理心又能提高社会支持和人际交往能力的内容。
