摘要

本研究分析了智力资本对组织绩效的影响，智力资本对组织绩效的影响受文化的调节。本研究采用的方法是采用横断面研究方法，根据时间范围进行调查和分发问卷。对MM2100地区人口制造企业进行方便抽样。回归分析和推理统计、描述统计是所采用的数据分析技术。结果表明，知识分子对组织绩效有显著的正向影响，文化对组织绩效有调节作用。本研究表明，增加智力资本和文化资本将更有效地提高组织绩效。
