The evaluation method of NBD is mainly based on scoring and imaging, which lacks unified criteria, and the treatment method for NBD is the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. 摘要

神经源性肠功能障碍(NBD)常发生在脊髓损伤(SCI)后，表现为便秘和大便失禁。NBD影响患者的生活质量，是临床亟待解决的问题。NBD的发病机制与中枢和自主神经系统功能障碍、肠道神经系统功能障碍、肠道微生物组成改变和神经递质含量异常有关。NBD的评价方法主要基于评分和影像学，缺乏统一的标准，治疗方法为中西医结合。笔者就NBD的发病机制、评价方法、治疗及护理等方面进行综述，以期为提高临床疗效提供新的认识。关键词:脊髓损伤;神经源性肠;生活质量
