摘要

本文对2007-2016年期间乌克兰影子经济的水平、部门部分影子(“灰色”)经济的结构、乌克兰在经济自由、腐败、有利商业条件和竞争力方面的世界排名进行了调查。分析了乌克兰影子经济占国民经济比重高的主要原因，提出了乌克兰减少影子经济、改善其经济状况的若干措施。
