This study examines the effect of transformational leadership and organizational climate on the performance of Puskesmas employees through innovative work behavior as mediation by taking Puskesmas in Pati, Central Java, Indonesia. Data collection was done by simple random sampling via electronic of the population of Puskesmas employees in Pati Regency in Indonesia. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 92 samples. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership and organizational climate have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Puskesmas employees, both directly and indirectly through mediating innovative work behavior. Innovative work behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 摘要

在当今竞争激烈的卫生服务世界中,许多组织面临着迅速的变化,包括Puskesmas。因此,Puskesmas必须关注创新工作行为(IWB)以获得竞争优势。本研究以印尼中爪哇帕蒂市的Puskesmas为研究对象,通过创新工作行为作为中介,考察了变革型领导和组织氛围对Puskesmas员工绩效的影响。数据收集是通过电子简单随机抽样的方式对印度尼西亚帕蒂县的Puskesmas员工进行的。回收有效问卷92份。数据处理采用扫描电镜法,使用SmartPLS 3.0软件。使用李克特量表问卷的数据收集技术。研究结果表明,变革型领导和组织氛围通过直接和间接中介创新工作行为对Puskesmas员工绩效有显著的正向影响。创新工作行为对员工绩效有显著的正向影响。本研究提出了一个以组织学习为中介,通过变革型领导和组织氛围在Puskesmas范围内构建员工绩效的模型。
