This study explored whether advice LGBTQ+ women of color aged 50+ give their younger selves reflected regret or fit into the 12 life domains Roese and Summerville (2005) indicated that most regrets fall. Data were collected from 15 one-on-one interviews with eligible participants. Findings indicated three major themes in advice: be less fearful, embrace who they are, and harbor no regrets.
