摘要

目的应用三维数字技术测量自体脂肪移植修复进行性面部半萎缩后面部体积维持率的变化。方法应用三维扫描仪对10例进行性面部半萎缩患者术前的面部资料进行采集；使用Mimics 17.0软件重建患者面部三维模型，计算面部组织缺损体积；自体脂肪移植修复面部畸形。计算所有患者术后3个月和6个月的面部容积维持率。结果对10例患者进行了面部三维数据采集和自体脂肪移植修复；患者的面部形态得到改善。术后3个月平均面部容积维持率为（35.80±3.44）%，6个月平均为（27.82±3.80）%。结论单纯自体脂肪移植修复进行性面肌萎缩术后3个月的平均面部体积维持率低于6个月。关键词：面肌萎缩；自体移植物；打印，三维；自体脂肪移植；面部容积维持率；进行性面部半侧萎缩
