The relevance of the article lies in the fact that now in order to educate co-educators, a teacher needs to form professional competencies (to be a mentor, a coach, a tutor, an innovator, a facilitator).\nThe purpose of the article: to clarify the meaning of the concepts of \"pedagogical technology\", \"innovative pedagogical technology\", \"competence\", \"professional competence\"; to analyze articles and publications on the need to implement innovative technologies in the educational process; to consider the meaning of digital competence and professional competence for teachers.\nMethods of work: analysis of scientific literature, system analysis.\nResults: as the research on the issue shows, the professional competence of the teacher is based on the fundamental knowledge of the basic subject, general culture and thorough didactic competence. 摘要

本文论述了创新技术作为培养新乌克兰学校小学教师专业能力的一种途径。这篇文章的相关性在于,现在为了教育共同教育者,教师需要形成专业能力(成为导师、教练、导师、创新者、促进者);分析关于在教育过程中实施创新技术的必要性的文章和出版物;思考数字能力和专业能力对教师的意义。工作方法:科学文献分析,系统分析。结果:研究表明,教师的专业能力是建立在基础学科的基本知识、一般文化和全面的教学能力的基础上的。目前,教师应考虑到孩子的年龄特征和身体状况,培养孩子的批判性思维、沟通和技术技能、情商、分析能力。新颖性是每一位教师的关键能力,是终身学习。结论:创新技术、心理教育和基础知识的运用是新加坡国立大学小学教师专业能力形成的综合需要。
