Therefore, in this work, the development of AGS industrial wastewater treatment in the last decade was summarized. Then, the technical features of AGS industrial wastewater treatment including process flow, reactor types, operation parameters, treatment efficiency, and application prospects were all summarized and analysed. Finally, the existing problems in the treatment of industrial wastewater by AGS and future development tendencies were discussed.
