The research used Completely Randomized Resign (CDR) with 6 treatments and 4 replication. The treatments were : without 2,4-D (control); 1 mg/L; 2 mg/L; 3 mg/L; 4 mg/L; 5 mg/L. 摘要

苏门答腊万达兰体细胞胚胎发生诱导的研究。通过给予2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D),于2016年5月至7月在安达拉斯大学Matematics和自然科学学院生物学系植物生理学和组织培养实验室进行。本研究的目的是找到2,4-D的浓度诱导万达苏门答腊的体细胞胚胎发生。该研究使用了完全随机辞职(CDR),共6次治疗和4次复制。处理为:不含2,4-D(对照);1mg/L;2mg/L;3mg/L;4mg/L;5mg/L。结果表明,2 mg/L 2,4-D和3 mg/L 2,4-D是诱导体细胞胚胎发生的浓度。
