The results have practical implications for leaders, enabling them to understand and apply team leadership principles to achieve more effective results with their teams. Effective team leadership significantly impacts team success, with shared purpose and task resolution playing a crucial role. Distributing responsibility and delegating tasks contribute to personal growth and team interaction.
