A descriptive and exploratory case study is developed based on a qualitative methodology. Seventeen teachers in training are assessed by using open questionnaires and learning scenarios created by the participants. The results showed that even though the teachers surveyed thought it was impossible to learn robotics concepts without a physical kit, they changed their main perceptions and managed to understand the concepts and designed activities that promote the resolution of mathematical problems. 摘要

本研究旨在分析模拟环境中的教育机器人单元在提高小学教师对机器人基本概念的理解方面的有效性,同时评估其在数学教学中的教学用途。在定性方法的基础上,开发了一个描述性和探索性的案例研究。通过使用开放式问卷和参与者创建的学习情景对17名接受培训的教师进行评估。结果显示,尽管接受调查的教师认为没有物理工具包就不可能学习机器人概念,但他们改变了自己的主要看法,成功地理解了这些概念,并设计了促进数学问题解决的活动。得出的结论是,模拟环境提供了足够的工具来学习机器人的基本概念,而不需要物理工具包,可以用于教育目的。
