In this study, I describe the power relations and knowledges that set fluid definitions of adolescence and resocialization in that specific context. Therefore, I stand with the responsible team for serving the juvenile and informing the judges, functioning as bridges between the adolescents and the judiciary. The elaboration of individualized assistance plans is demanded from this team, aiming to avoid that the passage of juveniles through the socio-educational system massify them as the penitentiary would. The documents produced in the center manifest the tenuous equilibrium between massification and individualization.
