摘要

研究了土耳其Gediz河地区特有的Oxynoemacheilus simavicus (Balik & b nuricrescu, 1978)的二倍体染色体数目和染色体形态。从头肾细胞中获得中期染色体。二倍体染色体数目为50，核型为13对双臂染色体和12对单臂染色体。基本臂数计算为76。获得的结果将有助于染色体研究。
