Methods: A double blind crossover study was designed where in 48; 5-10 year old patients received three sections of inferior alveolar nerve block injections in three appointments which scheduled one week apart. Blood pressure, heart rate and oxygen saturation was measured before and after administration. Results: When applying three factors ANOVA, no statistically significant difference was found between Lignocaine and Buffered Lignocaine, Buffered Lignocaine and Articaine in all the three parameters(P > 0.05 ).
