This research is quantitative research, collecting data conducted by using questionnaire and documentation. This research was held at Madinatul Hadid Islamic Middle School in Cilegon, with the population of 60 people with a total sample of 40 respondents. The result of this study are: (1) principal's leadership can affect teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.935; (2) Organizational culture can affect teacher's performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.749; (3) The results of the multiple correlation test shows that the principal's leadership and teacher's organizational culture simultaneously influence the performance of Madinatul Hadid Islamic Middle School teachers in Cilegon at 34.45%, while the remaining 65.55% is influenced by other factors that need further investigation by anyone who is interested. 摘要

本研究的目的是:(1)了解校长领导与教师绩效之间的关系;(2)组织文化与教师绩效的关系;(3)在Cilegon Madinatul Hadid伊斯兰中学,校长领导和组织文化对教师绩效的影响同时存在。本研究为定量研究,采用问卷调查法和文献法收集数据。这项研究是在西勒贡的Madinatul Hadid伊斯兰中学进行的,共有60人,总共有40名受访者。研究结果表明:(1)校长领导对教师绩效有显著影响,相关系数为0.935;(2)组织文化对教师绩效有影响,相关系数为0.749;(3)多元相关检验结果显示,校长的领导和教师的组织文化同时影响了奇勒贡Madinatul Hadid伊斯兰中学教师的绩效,影响率为34.45%,其余65.55%受到其他因素的影响,值得进一步研究。本研究显示,强势的校长领导风格与内在的组织文化,会提升教师的教学绩效。
