However, evidence on this issue from the Malaysian context is scarce. Therefore, this paper aims to investigate the influence of socioeconomic status on life and job satisfaction among low-income employees working in the public sector quantitatively. Self-report questionnaires from 265 respondents were obtained using the convenience sampling technique and analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and SmartPLS 3.0. The findings indicate that socioeconomic status has a positive influence on life and job satisfaction.
