摘要

本文考察了班克西在乌克兰战争期间创作的壁画的艺术价值、法律和保护方面。目前，无论是街头艺术的艺术价值，还是如何将其作为艺术品保存，都存在着相互矛盾的观点。由于班克西的作品在商业上变得很重要，有必要在乌克兰对它们进行评估，包括法律方面和展示它们的可能性。由于这些壁画是在破旧的建筑上创作的，作者从规律和结构可能性的角度分析了这些壁画的使用问题。

PROBLEMS OF EXPOSITIONS AND PROTECTION OF BANKSY’S MURALS IN UKRAINE

The article examines the artistic value, legal and conservation aspects of Banksy's murals created during the war in Ukraine. Currently, there are conflicting opinions both on the artistic value of street art and on how to preserve works of this type as works of art.
