目的:比较一类和二类管制药物使用者与三类和四级管制药物使用者在生理、心理和精神健康方面的差异。方法:采用横断面比较设计。在台湾招募了479名吸毒者作为方便样本。结果:一级和二级吸毒者对自身整体身心健康状况的感知低于三级和四级吸毒者(52.72比55.40,t = -3.00, p < 0.01)。结论:卫生专业人员可以为所有级别的吸毒者设计戒毒方案，特别是针对第一和第二级别的吸毒者。
