Learning media utilizing Android which emphasizes on several applications that are easily owned by all students and instructors or instructors, so that it is easy and does not cost much. Gagne and Briggs in Books (Azhar, 2002) provide limits regarding the scope of the median including physical tools with the aim of delivering subject matter such as books, tape recorders, video recorders, films, slides (picture frames), photos, images, graphics, television, and computer. Nemo Indonesian is an android application designed as a learning media and Indonesian language learning with mastery of a number of useful words. In the android application, Nemo is like a simple pocket dictionary so that it helps in improving the material for learning and learning Indonesian. This study found that there was an effect of Effectiveness The use of Android-based Nemo Indonesian teaching materials for beginner BIPA students at the Muhammadiyah University Surabaya Darmasiswa program in listening to the Ketrampialn course. In teaching and learning activities make learning outcomes better than teaching and learning activities without using Android. This study shows that the effectiveness of instructional media on learning outcomes is more effective than teaching and learning activities that do not use learning media in listening skills courses.
