Using the survey and quantitative approach, the research was conducted at 61 VHS in 27 regencies/cities in West Java, with a representative sample of 183 teachers. The data were analyzed by descriptive and Partial Least Square (PLS). It is found that resistance to change has a negative influence on change management, and that adaptability to change has a positive influence on change management. Thus, the schools have a low tendency to resist because they have the certainty to participate in the changes and have the willingness to undertake the programs to support the emergent changes. The schools have a high propensity to handle change management because they have high dynamic adaptability to change. 摘要

本研究的目的是分析印尼西爪哇职业高中(VHS)的变革抗拒和变革适应对变革管理的影响。采用调查和定量方法,在西爪哇27个县/城市的61个家庭教育中心进行了研究,有代表性的样本是183名教师。采用描述性和偏最小二乘法(PLS)对数据进行分析。研究发现,抗拒变革对变革管理有消极影响,适应变革对变革管理有积极影响。因此,学校抵抗的倾向较低,因为他们有参与变革的确定性,并且愿意承担支持紧急变化的计划。学校对变化具有较高的动态适应能力,因此对变化管理具有较高的倾向性。透过本研究,期望能对学校管理有更清晰的了解如何有效及有效率地管理职校的变革,以及政府、业界及社群在职校变革管理过程中互动设计支援系统产生影响。
