摘要

目的:运用内隐理论和心理学的研究方法,从管理者的观点出发,探讨其对创新环境的内在需求和内隐评价。在现有文献、企业测试和专家讨论的基础上,从高管心理学的角度构建了创新的环境评价指标体系。结果表明,西部地区142家企业的创新环境处于“一般”水平,高管对创新文化的认可度最高,对创新氛围的满意度最好,对创新资源,尤其是创新人才队伍和研发投入的满意度最低。与不同类型的企业相比,大中型企业相对较好,国有企业优于非国有企业。
