Finally, the steady-state total pressure test system is designed, and the physical design of the distortion generator and wind tunnel test are completed, with the error of distortion index of less than 1.5%. 摘要

进气畸变实验是航空发动机气动稳定性评估的重要方法之一。本文针对传统设计方法在拟合目标变形图时精度低、实验迭代多等缺点,提出了一种基于屏幕距离与多孔介质映射关系,利用Fluent设计目标变形图网络的设计系统。最后设计了稳态总压试验系统,完成了畸变发生器的物理设计和风洞试验,畸变指标误差小于1.5%。测试结果表明,设计的系统能够以较高的精度和效率模拟变形要求。
