摘要

【目的】测定哥斯达黎加常见植物乙醇提取物对埃及伊蚊的杀幼虫活性。[方法]本研究采用世界卫生组织/VBC/81.007:世界卫生组织/VBC/81测定了植物乙醇提取物的杀幼虫活性。从1981年开始。对剂量反应进行PROBID分析,以确定最显著提取物的LC50。[结果]共筛选出6种毒性最高的提取物,其中白藜芦茎提取物的LC50最低,为0.0341 mg/mL,其次是白藜芦叶提取物,LC50为0.121 mg/mL。本研究测定了植物乙醇提取物的杀幼虫活性,重点研究了埃及伊蚊作为一种控制埃及伊蚊的环保替代品的杀幼虫潜力。[结论]不同植物的乙醇提取物的杀幼虫活性,重点介绍了埃及伊蚊作为一种环境友好的替代品的杀幼虫潜力。
