Based on the data of extensive experimental studies, methods of Mathematical description of concrete properties depending on the key factors of influence have been selected and developed. A steel fiber concrete with a minimum content of the selected type of fiber is studied, at which the positive effect of fiber reinforcement begins to manifest itself. The theoretical approach of V.M. Bondarenko to the description of creep measures of steel fiber concrete has been developed.
