Thepurpose of this study was to determine the effect of a supportive work environment on employee retention mediated by organizational engagement at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Surabaya Raya Branch. This research is a quantitative study using a questionnaire distributed to 86 millennial generations at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch Surabaya Raya. Hypothesis testing is processed by PLS (Partial Least Square). 摘要
截至2020年中期,BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Raya Surabaya分公司的千禧一代员工比例达到68.68%,如果管理不当,将对公司的可持续性产生重大影响。本研究的目的是确定支持性工作环境在组织敬业度介导下对BPJS Ketenagakerjaan泗水罗亚分公司员工留任的影响。本研究是一项定量研究,使用调查问卷分发给BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Surabaya Raya分行的86名千禧一代。假设检验采用偏最小二乘法进行。结果表明,支持性工作环境对员工留任有正向影响,组织敬业度可以部分中介支持性工作环境对员工留任的影响。
