The clinical data of patients with sagging facial aging and type A botulinum toxin injection combined with autologous fat granule injection enhanced facial surgery were evaluated. 摘要

目的探讨面部强化脂肪注射技术在面部重塑中的应用效果。方法选取我院2011年2月至2014年10月行面部重建手术的36例患者为研究对象。评价A型肉毒毒素注射联合自体脂肪颗粒注射增强面部手术治疗面部松弛老化患者的临床资料。术后随访3个月~ 2年，分析联合手术面部重建的效果。结果36例患者术后3个月生存率为97.22%;6个月显著率为91.67%;12个月有效率为80.56%;18个月时，有效率为55.56%;24个月有效率为41.67%。结论采用A型肉毒毒素注射液联合自体脂肪颗粒注射提容技术对重度衰老患者进行面部重建，操作简单，疗效明显，并发症少，是一种理想的治疗方法，可在临床推广应用。关键词:人脸;皮肤老化;注射;A型肉毒杆菌毒素;自体脂肪颗粒注射
