The results showed that technology security had a positive effect onmobile payment satisfaction, ease of use had a positive effect on mobile payment satisfaction, usability had apositive effect on mobile payment satisfaction, continuous improvement had a positive effect on satisfactionmobile payments, and satisfaction have a positive effect on the trustworthiness of mobile payments. 摘要

本研究旨在检验技术安全性、易用性、可用性和持续改进对移动支付用户满意度的影响。本研究采用了具有一定标准的目的性抽样技术。本研究的人群是在2020年至2021年新冠肺炎大流行期间在印度尼西亚使用移动支付服务的受访者。问卷是通过在线调查的方法分发的,共有317名受访者。使用结构方程建模(SEM)AMOS 23进行假设检验。结果表明,技术安全性对移动支付满意度有正向影响,易用性对移动付款满意度有正向作用,可用性对移动付费满意度有正向效应,持续改进对移动付费的满意度有正向效果,满意度对移动支付的可信度有正向作用。这项研究为支付服务提供商提供了信息,以不断改进服务的各个方面,特别是安全性和易用性,以及消费者在进行金融交易时的利益。
