摘要

摘要：本研究的目的是了解工作质量和组织氛围对教师员工绩效的影响。这项研究是在北贝卡西的Global Prestasi学校进行的。这项研究使用了一种调查方法，并在假设中应用了路径分析和100名受访者。研究技术是通过因果分析采用定量研究方法进行分析。研究发现：1）工作生活质量对员工绩效有正向直接影响；2）组织氛围对员工绩效有正向的直接影响；3）工作生活质量对组织氛围有直接的正向影响。研究结果表明，工作生活质量和组织氛围对工作绩效有影响，符号为0000或sig<0.05
