The learning media is equipped with a video using SIBI (Indonesian Sign Language System) to make it easier for deaf students to understand the content of the media. This research using 6 stages referring to the Luther-Sutopo development model, namely: concept, design, material, collection, assembly, testing, and distribution. The instruments in this development research were the media validation sheet and the student response questionnaire sheet. 摘要

本研究旨在为五班聋儿开发有效、实用、有效的基于flash的整数和分数学习媒体,培养学生熟练解决整数和分数问题的能力。学习媒体配有使用印尼手语系统(SIBI)的视频,使聋哑学生更容易理解媒体的内容。本研究参照Luther-Sutopo开发模型采用6个阶段,即:概念、设计、材料、收集、装配、测试和分发。本发展研究的工具是媒体验证表和学生反应问卷。开发研究的结果是:(1)没有误解和所有媒体功能可以运行和媒体验证分数是4.63,这样媒体发达是有效的,(2)学生声明回应问卷有效得分为4.73,以便它可以在这项研究中,使用(3)媒体的实用性得分后被测试为4.74,这样媒体宣布实用,(4)75%的学生获得了行星得分,这表明学生熟练解决整数和分数的问题,所以说媒体是有效的。
