摘要

2018年，美国危重医学学会(SCCM)和中国危重医学学会(CSCCM)先后制定了重症监护成人患者镇痛镇静治疗指南。2019年，中华医学会儿科学会急诊科发表《中国儿科重症监护病房儿童镇静镇痛专家共识》。新的指导方针是在以前的基础上进行修订和更新的。特别是，一些新的概念已经逐步得到实施。本文试图总结这些新概念，以帮助临床医生在重症监护病房的临床决策。关键词:镇痛药;镇静剂;指导方针
