Sus objetivos consistieron en describir el proceso para el diseno de una rubrica dirigida a evaluar los ambientes virtuales de aprendizaje (AVA), asi como explicar los resultados de un ejercicio didactico para la coevaluacion entre sus pares a traves del empleo de rubricas, realizado por doctorantes de la Universidad Pedagogica de Durango, en Mexico. El estudio se realizo con la participacion de 11 estudiantes de posgrado, considerandose como unidad de analisis y fuente de los datos e informacion, a las intervenciones en los foros virtuales, y cuya argumentacion discursiva se asocio con la evaluacion de los AVA y el diseno de las rubricas. Los hallazgos indican que el proceso de diseno de la rubrica se oriento a integrar indicadores de calidad para la construccion incipiente de un modelo de evaluacion integral, teniendo como variables principales la satisfaccion de los usuarios y la calidad del ambiente virtual, en tanto que, el ejercicio didactico para la coevaluacion de la rubrica, aporto resultados diferenciados y no contrastables, en virtud de las diferencias de robustez en las plataformas tecnologicas que fueron utilizadas.
