Relational bonds, followership, occupational stress, and organizational commitment were measured using a structured questionnaire. Data were collected from June 3 to June 28, 2021.Results: Relational bonds, followership, and occupational stress showed significant correlations with organizational commitment. Relational bonds (r=.45, p<.001) and followership (r=.55, p<.001) had positive correlations with organizational commitment, and occupational stress (r=-.44, p<.001) had a negative correlation with organizational commitment.
