Our study found that cigarette smoke combined with lipopolysaccharide-induced pulmonary inflammation upregulated the mRNA and protein expression of OATP2B1 and related inflammatory factors, and the expression level of related proteins was higher with the aggravation of inflammation. The experimental results of animals in vivo were consistent with those of cells in vitro.
