摘要

本研究探讨了心理资本(PsyCap)在人际交往中介下对教师组织承诺的影响。本研究通过对印度尼西亚国立初中303名教师的调查方法,采用李克特量表模型的心理测验问卷、人际交往问卷和组织承诺问卷收集研究数据。数据分析使用路径分析,支持描述性统计和相关性。结果表明,心理cap通过人际沟通影响教师的组织承诺。因此,通过心理cap和人际沟通可以提高教师的组织承诺。这一发现可以作为研究者和实践者探讨的参考,以在未来更好地开发不同情境下教师组织承诺的模型。
