Each patient was scheduled to follow up at 1 , 6 and 12 months respectively. \n \n \nResults \nTechnical success were achieved in all cases. Obliteration rate was 99.0% in 1 month, 97.9% in 6 months and 97.1% in 12 months after the RFA therapy. \n \n \nConclusions \nRFA therapy for varicose veins is safe and effective and achieves good early result. 摘要

目的探讨射频消融(RFA)治疗静脉曲张的经验和早期效果。方法回顾性分析2015年11月至2017年9月在北京清华长庚医院接受RFA导管治疗静脉曲张的356例患者380条肢体。随访时间分别为1个月、6个月和12个月。结果所有病例均取得技术成功。RFA治疗后1个月、6个月和12个月的脑消融率分别为99.0%、97.9%和97.1%。结论射频消融治疗静脉曲张安全有效，早期效果良好。术中超声检查和血管内技术对RFA手术的成功至关重要。关键词:静脉曲张;导管消融;闭塞率
