摘要

目的分析2012年以来我国卫生队伍建设的成效和存在的问题，为推进卫生队伍建设提供参考。方法利用《中国卫生统计年鉴》的全国数据，采用描述性统计和文献研究等方法。结果我国卫生队伍建设不断加强，卫生队伍结构和分布进一步优化，医疗服务能力不断提高。然而，仍然存在不适当或不平衡的情况。结论基层卫生人员、急需紧缺人才等重点人才队伍建设有待进一步加强；推进卫生服务人员队伍建设，满足新的卫生需求；不断完善高层管理人员队伍建设，发挥领导作用。关键词：卫生人员；结构；问题；建议
