The uneven distribution of experimental teaching resources is a key problem faced by universities, and the resource-sharing mechanism is an effective means to solve this problem. Through the analysis of the current situation of the sharing of experimental teaching resources of economics and management majors in colleges and universities, the reasons for the lack of resource sharing are summarized. 摘要

实验教学是高校培养创新创业人才的关键环节,实验教学资源是保证实验教学质量的基础。实验教学资源分布不均是高校面临的关键问题,资源共享机制是解决这一问题的有效手段。通过对高校经济管理类专业实验教学资源共享现状的分析,总结出资源共享不足的原因。结合实验资源共享中存在的主要问题,本文提出加强政府在实验资源共享平台建设中的主导作用,完善实验教师的晋升激励机制,完善实验教学管理机制,增强实验平台教师软硬件资源共享的综合服务能力;扩大高校间学分互认范围,加强实验室人才和成果交流,加强经管实验教学资源共享体系建设,实现高校间实验教学资源优势互补,提高实验教学资源利用效率,共同提高人才培养质量。
