摘要

目的装配精度是机械产品性能的保证,对存在几何偏差的零件进行表征是进行装配精度分析的基础。设计/方法/方法现有的小位移扭转器(SDT)模型不能完全描述具有多个配合面的零件,这增加了精度分析的难度。本文提出了一种用于精度分析的综合表征方法。通过分析单个零件不同几何偏差的内部耦合关系,建立了单体模型。通过对模拟转子装配分析的分析,验证了单体模型的有效性,基于该模型的相应精度分析方法合理地预测了转子的装配偏差。独创性/价值Monomer模型首次实现了装配变形的逆向计算,可用于识别影响装配精度的薄弱环节,从而支持重新装配阶段的精度提高。
