The three adenosine phosphates in beef showed a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.5-20 μg/mL, the linear correlation coefficient R2>0.99, and the average recovery rate of the three adenosine phosphate addition levels in beef samples was between 85.25%-100.12%, and the RSD was ranged from 1.63% to 3.69%. The adenosine phosphate content in commercially available beef samples further verifies the feasibility of this method. 摘要
