Two kinds of roving glass woven fabrics of different FAW (Fabric Area Weight) and crimp ratio, Type A of 570 g/m2 and Type B of 800 g/m2, were adopted as reinforcement in this study. Tensile test was conducted and tensile properties were discussed on specimens of 6 degrees 0°/5°/10°/80°/85°/90°. The initial fracture behavior was observed on 0 degree and 90 degree and the fracture mechanism was compared and discussed among 5°/10°/80°/85°. The results showed that Type B has higher tensile modulus and tensile strength than that of Type A. 摘要

对手工铺层法制备的粗纱玻璃机织布增强复合材料的初始断裂行为进行了研究。本研究采用两种不同FAW(织物面积重量)和卷曲比的粗纱玻璃机织物,A型为570 g/m2, B型为800 g/m2。进行了6°0°/5°/10°/80°/85°/90°试样的拉伸试验,并讨论了拉伸性能。观察了0°和90°断口的初始断裂行为,对比讨论了5°/10°/80°/85°断口的断裂机理。结果表明,B型复合材料的拉伸模量和拉伸强度均高于a型复合材料,并对两种材料的初始断裂行为进行了观察和分析,表明卷曲率在机织物增强复合材料断裂机制中起着重要作用。
