The purpose of this study is to reveal library management in supporting the quality of academic development in tertiary institutions, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of implementing library management which has been carried out so far in the digitalization era. This study uses a qualitative method. The main subjects of this study were library staff, students, and lecturers. Data collection techniques are through interviews and document analysis, while data validity is carried out through triangulation techniques. The results of the study show that college libraries have changed a lot, and the use of digital technology has become an option for the convenience of academic services. However, the management of digital libraries is still faced with the problem of the limited ability of managers in the field of information technology, low budget allocations, and decreased number of visitors. 摘要

大学图书馆作为实现高等教育质量的支撑单位,多年来一直是科学信息生态系统的一部分,大学图书馆的最终形态是数字化图书馆。本研究旨在揭示图书馆管理对高等院校学术发展质量的支持作用,以及在数字化时代实施图书馆管理的利弊。本研究采用定性方法。本研究的主要对象是图书馆工作人员、学生和讲师。数据收集技术是通过访谈和文献分析,而数据有效性是通过三角测量技术进行的。研究结果表明,高校图书馆已经发生了很大的变化,数字技术的使用已经成为方便学术服务的一种选择。然而,数字图书馆的管理仍然面临着管理人员在信息技术领域能力有限、预算拨款低、访客数量减少的问题。另一方面,图书馆的操作也不能保证数字数据的安全。
