The analysis process also considered several supporting literature in the form of books, scientific journals, conference proceeding. \nResults and discussion. The roles of the library as a learning source are demonstrated by several activities to improve users’ skills such as providing resource capabilities and supporting critical thinking, literacy, and personal and interpersonal development. \nConclusion and suggestions: In serving its responsibility as a learning resource, the library at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo did not fully comply with the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions' standard requirements.
