However, despite lagging, the effect still exerts a significant long-term mechanism after its peak. Considering the locations, population sizes, and main functions of HSR cities in terms of space, their specific impact on industrial restructuring and the efficiency of industrial agglomeration and evolution vary. Overall, the construction of HSR could facilitate the cities with leading economies and exert a significant reinforcing effect on medium-sized cities. 摘要

本文以中国高铁网络建设为准自然实验,采用趋势评分匹配和双差分方法,分析了2006 - 2018年高铁政策影响下中国地级市产业结构转型和产业智能发展。研究表明,城市高铁网络连接对城市产业结构转型升级具有积极作用。然而,尽管存在滞后性,但该效应在达到峰值后仍发挥着显著的长效机制。从空间角度考虑高铁城市的区位、人口规模和主要功能,其对产业结构调整和产业集聚演化效率的具体影响不尽相同。总体而言,高铁的建设可以促进经济领先城市的发展,并对中等城市起到显著的补强作用。在高铁网络建设的长效机制下,西部城市、小城市和有工业基础但服务业不发达的城市应更好地利用强有力的政策来促进当地产业转型升级。
