The sample in this study were employees of one of the State-Owned Enterprises for Survey Services. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a valid response of 270 respondents. The research method used is quantitative. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale. Data were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Amos 24. The results showed that e-training and career development had a significant positive effect on employee resilience. Career development and employee resilience had a significant positive effect on employee productivity. In contrast, e-training does not affect employee productivity. 摘要

本研究分析了电子培训、职业发展和员工弹性对印度尼西亚国有调查服务企业员工生产力的影响。本研究中的样本是一家国有调查服务企业的员工。所使用的抽样技术是有目的的抽样,有效答复为270名受访者。所用的研究方法是定量的。数据是通过使用五点Likert量表分发问卷来收集的。使用探索性因素分析和使用Amos24的结构方程建模(SEM)对数据进行分析。研究结果表明,电子培训和职业发展对员工韧性有显著的正向影响。职业发展和员工适应力对员工生产力有显著的正向影响。相比之下,电子培训并不影响员工的生产力。这项研究的结果为决策者确定与电子培训、职业发展和员工弹性相关的公司战略以提高员工生产力提供了有用的启示。
