摘要

主动脉弓异常在临床上并不重要，除非它们由于动脉瘤扩张而引起压迫症状。当主动脉异常引起复杂的胸主动脉疾病时，需要进行治疗，治疗方法随着时间的推移，从死亡率和发病率高的开放手术方法发展到混合方法。本文报道一例68岁男性复杂主动脉弓异常患者采用混合式主动脉弓修复术治疗。主动脉分支为颈总动脉和异常右锁骨下动脉伴囊状动脉瘤。
