摘要

探讨甲状腺功能亢进症合并胫前粘液水肿的治疗方法。对3例甲状腺功能亢进症合并胫前粘液水肿的患者，在皮肤病变处局部注射皮质类固醇治疗。所有3例患者均通过局部注射皮质类固醇治愈了胫前粘膜水肿。多点注射糖皮质激素结合维持甲状腺功能正常状态是有效的，副作用小。关键词：颈前粘液水肿；糖皮质激素

To investigate the treatment of hyperthyroidism complicated with pretibial myxedema.
